Appointments and payment

All appointments are by booking. Prices shown on this website are a guide — the final price depends on your hair length, thickness, condition and the products used, and will be confirmed with you before we begin.

Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Consultations and results

Every service begins with a consultation. We'll be honest with you about what is realistically achievable for your hair or skin — and we may decline a request if we believe it would damage your hair or is not safe.

Results vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, particularly with colour work on previously treated hair.

Patch tests and health

For colour services, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first appointment. Please tell us in advance about any allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy or medical conditions that could affect your treatment. We may decline a service if it isn't safe to proceed.

If you're not happy

Please tell us within 7 days of your appointment. We'd much rather hear from you and put it right. Where the issue is something we can reasonably correct, we'll offer an adjustment at no charge. We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed as agreed.

The salon

Muse by Anahita is a ladies-only space. We ask all clients to treat our team and other guests with respect; we reserve the right to refuse service.

Please look after your belongings — we can't accept responsibility for personal items lost or damaged on the premises.
