This explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or book with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

What we collect
When you contact us or make a booking, we may collect:

- —Your phone number
- —Your email address (if you give it)
- —The reason for your enquiry, or the service you've booked
- —Anything else you choose to tell us in your message
Why we collect it
Only to respond to you and to arrange and manage your appointment. We use your phone number to confirm bookings over WhatsApp, and your email to send booking confirmations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Who else is involved
Some parts of this site rely on trusted third-party services, and your information passes through them:
- —Calendly — handles appointment scheduling and sends your confirmation email
- —WhatsApp (Meta) — how enquiries and booking messages reach us
- —Google — enquiry details are recorded in a private Google Sheet so we can keep track of them
- —GitHub — hosts this website
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we need them to run the salon and maintain your client history. If you'd like your details removed, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us on +92 331 4666585 or through the enquiry form and we'll deal with it.
Cookies
This website itself doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Calendly, which powers our booking calendar, may set its own cookies — these are covered by Calendly's own privacy policy.
