Cancellation Policy
We hold your appointment slot exclusively for you, and our stylists plan their day around it. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. You can do this by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +92 331 4666585, or by using the link in your booking confirmation email.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the booked service. This is at our discretion — if something genuinely unavoidable comes up, talk to us.
Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit before booking future appointments.
Bridal bookings
Bridal packages involve blocking out significant time and preparation, so they are handled differently. A retainer is required to secure your date, and it is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Full bridal terms are confirmed in writing when you book.
If you're running late
We'll always do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, so the clients after you aren't delayed. The full price of the booked service still applies.
If we need to cancel
Occasionally we may have to reschedule due to illness or an emergency. If that happens we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer you the earliest alternative slot. Any payment you've made will be credited or refunded in full.
